Terms of use for the website, information portal, and professional competency certification services of LSP PDP Indonesia (Licensed by BNSP: BNSP-LSP-2615-ID).
1 General Website Usage Terms
By accessing and utilizing the website lsppdpindonesia.id, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as associated policies published by the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Professional Certification Body (LSP PDP Indonesia). If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised to discontinue using this portal.
2 Scheme Information & Assessment Delivery
All information concerning certification schemes, Competency Assessment Centers (TUK), assessment schedules, and candidate prerequisites is formulated in strict compliance with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) and regulations of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).
LSP PDP Indonesia reserves the right to adjust assessment schedules, verify portfolio documents, and validate the legitimacy of candidate credentials to uphold the integrity and objectivity of professional assessments.
3 Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on this website, including but not limited to corporate emblems, scheme syllabi, texts, graphics, icons, visual layouts, and official publications are the lawful intellectual property of LSP PDP Indonesia and/or PT Prada Danapati Prawara Indonesia, protected under copyright laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Duplicating, modifying, or distributing materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4 Personal Data Protection & Confidentiality
The governance and processing of candidate and visitor personal data strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy and fully comply with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law).
5 Revisions & Modifications of Terms
LSP PDP Indonesia reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms and Conditions periodically to align with evolving regulatory policies or updated BNSP directives. Any amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this portal.
